INSTRUCTION FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS
To apply for an electronic invitation to an educational institution, a foreign applicant must create a personal electronic account on the portal: https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/home
Registration of an applicant's account.
To register in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons wishing to study in institutions of professional (vocational), pre-higher, or higher education (hereinafter - the Unified System/system), the applicant must:
- Click the Register button.
- Enter a valid email address (field Email) and click Submit.
- The system will send a verification link to the specified email. Click the link to verify your address.
- Click, I understood, to be redirected to the main page.
- Once the verification link is clicked, you will be redirected to the password setup page. Enter and confirm your password, then click Submit.
- Login to the system
To log in:
Use the registered email (field Email) and password (field Password), then click Submit.
An error message (in red) will appear if you have an incorrect login.
A successful login will take you to the My Applications section.
Note: Creating an account is free. Each applicant may have only one account and can submit up to 20 applications for invitations to study.
Creating an Application for Study
In the My Applications section, click + New Application.
Fill in personal data:
Given names
Surname
Date of Birth
Nationality
Gender
Phone number
Click Save.
You'll be redirected to the study application page.
Select:
Educational institution (Kryvyi Rih National University)
Level of study (Level of study)
If enrolling in a language course first, select Language training
Language of study (Language)
Upload:
Passport scan/photo (Copy of valid passport)
Education certificate (Certificate confirming previous education)
Optional: Additional document (Additional document)
Click Next.
You will be informed about the payment of the application fee.
Click Pay to proceed with payment through the acquiring bank's page.
After successful payment, you'll see the submitted application with the date and time.
Receiving and Responding to a Study Offer
Log into your account to view application statuses.
Click Go To Application → for more details.
If an educational offer is received:
Download the offer (area Study Propositions)
Click Accept or Reject.
If rejecting, state the reason (Place deny comment here).
Submitting Additional Information for Invitation
Once an offer is accepted:
- Upload your photo (Photo, min. resolution: 600×800 px, max size: 1MB).
- Select Country of residence.
- If different from nationality, provide the residence permit document (Country of residence document).
- Click Save.
The status will change to Wait for an invitation.
Receiving the Invitation
When the invitation is issued:
Download it from the INVITATION section on your application page.
The next step is applying for a visa.
Note: Applying for a visa via the Unified System is not possible. You must contact the consulate. All required information and links will be provided in the system. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) staff may update the system with visa information, and you will receive a notification via the system and email.

To log out, click Log off at the top right of the application or close the browser window.
Arrival in Ukraine
The applicant can also enter information about their arrival in Ukraine in their electronic account. This will be visible to the educational institution that issued the invitation.
