Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
About faculty
The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration was founded in 1998 first as the Faculty of Economics. In 2011, it was renamed into the Faculty of Engineering and Economics. In 2013, it was reorganized into the Faculty of Finance and Credit and in 2015 into the Faculty of Engineering and Economics which was renamed into the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.
During its history, the Faculty was headed by Yu.B. Kashubina, V.A. Kovalchuk, O.A. Temchenko. A.M. Turylo.
The Faculty comprises:
The Department of Economics and Enterprise Organisation and Management (Head of the Department – Alona Yuriivna Shakhno, Doctor of Economics, associate professor);
The Department of Accounting, Taxation and Public Administration (Head of the Department – Viktoria Serhiivna Adamovska, PhD (Economics). associate professor);
The Department of Management and Administration (Head of the Department – Larysa Mykolaivna Varava, Doctor of Economics, professor);
The department of Economic Entities’ Finance and Innovative Development (Head of the Department – Olena Antonivna Zinchenko, Doctor of Economics, professor);
The Department of Law (Head of the Department – Valerii Andriiovych Yusupov, Doctor of Law;
The academic staff of the Faculty consists of 54 university lecturers, among them 9 Professors, Doctors of Sciences and 37 PhDs, Associated Professors;
There are 686 students at the Faculty (423 and 263 studying full time and part time respectively).
